- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Australia-wide).
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (1-3 business days).
Packaging:
- All ceramics are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. We take extra care in packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia
- Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Local Pickup (Adelaide Area):
- If you're in the Adelaide area, you can choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order from our location in Mitcham, Adelaide. Please arrange a pickup time after receiving your order confirmation email.
Damaged or Lost Items:
- If your ceramics arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
International Shipping:
- International shipping is not available at this time.
