  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping within Australia. 
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Australia.

Shipping Methods:

  • We use reliable carriers (e.g., Australia Post) to deliver your order.
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Australia-wide).
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (1-3 business days).

Packaging:

  • All ceramics are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. We take extra care in packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia 
  • Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Local Pickup (Adelaide Area):

  • If you're in the Adelaide area, you can choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order from our location in Mitcham, Adelaide. Please arrange a pickup time after receiving your order confirmation email.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • If your ceramics arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
