Art has always been at the centre of who I am. Long before I had a studio, I was drawing, making, and finding ways to create, it was never really a choice so much as a need.
Over the years life pulled me in many directions. I built businesses, ran a florist, worked across creative and administrative roles and wore a lot of different hats. Through all of it, the making never stopped, it just had to fit around everything else. Now, with more time carved out for what truly matters, I spend as many days I have spare in my home studio in Mitcham, Adelaide, doing the work I've always wanted to do.
I work across ceramics, oil painting and drawing, moving between mediums as the work demands. I'm not interested in repeating myself. If a piece doesn't excite me, I don't make it. That's the only rule I work by.
Every ceramic is thrown or hand built by hand in my studio, no moulds, no shortcuts. Every painting is an original work that will never be reproduced. What you find here is exactly what it says it is, one of a kind, made by one person, with care.
I ship my work Australia-wide and welcome studio visits by arrangement if you're local to Adelaide.
